The ARTZT thepro Easy Balance Test is a sports motor test to assess proactive balance. The EBT is a dynamic test performed in one-leg stand that requires balance, strength, flexibility, trunk control, and proprioception.

The Easy Balance Test was developed in a research project at the University of Potsdam together with the Institute for Applied Training Science in Leipzig in cooperation with ARTZT and in a comparative series of studies ( Büsch, Lesinski, Nowoisky, Granacher: The Easy Balance Test. Evaluation of a dynamic balance test . 2017. ) systematically evaluated. The reliability and validity as well as its usefulness and feasibility were impressively demonstrated.
