Balance training at six levels with ARTZT thepro Wobblesmart

6 in 1 - the ARTZT thepro Wobblesmart is a wooden therapy wobble board with a non-slip surface. The non-slip surface on the underside can be adjusted in six positions by a simple twisting movement: from a large diameter (for beginners) to a small diameter (maximum instability).

Wobblesmart is used primarily in prevention (children, seniors), in rehabilitation after injury and in sports for performance training.

Stable even during upper body training

The new Wobblesmart has two recessed grips so that you can do challenging exercises while supporting yourself in addition to conventional balance training. This way, you not only train your arms or chest but also challenge your supporting deep muscles at the same time.
