Painful hardening and arthrosis can be the result here. And this is exactly where Klimmi comes into play: simply put it in your hand, the "nose" on the underside replaces your own finger. The force used comes only from the wrist.

With Klimmi, the necessary shearing movements for tension and adhesions in the fascial tissue can be carried out just as efficiently as with thumbs and fingers. In this way, the axial load on your finger joints is eliminated. With a little practice, adhesions in the tissue and trigger points can also be felt.
